What we collect

When you request a consultation we collect your name, mobile number, email address and any details you choose to share about your treatment goals. We also collect standard technical data (browser, device, pages viewed, the ad that brought you here) through cookies and analytics tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.

How we use it

To contact you about your consultation request, schedule and confirm your appointment, send reminders and follow-ups, answer your questions, verify insurance where you ask us to, and improve this page and our advertising.

Text messaging

If you tick the SMS consent box on our form, we will send you appointment scheduling, confirmation, reminder and follow-up text messages at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share data with

Service providers who help us run this page and our patient communications (hosting, CRM and messaging platform, appointment scheduling, analytics) and who may only use your data to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it where the law requires.

Personal and health information

We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (British Columbia) and PIPEDA. This page collects contact details only; clinical records are kept in our practice systems. Text and email messages are sent in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and only with your consent.
